7th Congressional Candidate Bill Morrison Visits WCDP HQ
Bill Morrison, Democratic candidate for Tennessee's 7th Congressional District, shares his campaign platform with a packed house of Williamson County Democrats. Bill visited the WCDP HQ on March 2, 2006.

 

HELPING VETERANS: WCDP Executive Committee member Karen-Kendall-Fite spearheaded a drive to raise money and collect personal items to benefit the Volunteer Services of the Nashville VA Campus. Donations topped $400. The funds were used for a variety of items, including a new television that will bear a plaque recognizing the WCDP and its Veterans Committee. Governor Phil Bredesen addressed a room full of Williamson County Democrats at our first annual Veterans Day BBQ Dinner on November 11, 2005. More than 250 Democrats filled the Conference Room at the Ag Center to hear the Governor, TDP Chairman Bob Tuke, TDP Vice Chairman Elisa Parker, and US Senate candidate Rosalind Kurita.
